      08 SV HB worse when cold (-30F) Turns slowly, rattle all speeds. after warmed up, only on 2 slower speeds. barely noticable on any speed ambient (outside air) warmer than 60. concerned about hi current draw. I have observed blower motors draw more then 40A startup current on a cold day w/o blowing fuse.

      I have observed blower motors draw more then 40A startup current on a cold day w/o blowing fuse. pull out motor, hand spin blades, inspect for debris, bench test with jump pack, inspect housing and evaporator for debris...
