did you end up getting anything yet?

i have the real aussie version of this. hey i like your front kit where can i get it?
So my RX-8 is also sold, got a 2006 Ford Focus ZX3 SES with street appearance package. Got all the options the RX-8 had for a lot less money and with a way better gas mileage... Oh, and no car payment... Doesn't handle nearly as well as the RX-8 did, but it's perfect as a daily driver.
congrats, welcome back to the world of compact hatches.
Congrats bro!
Thanks guys! This one comes with a bunch of options since it's an SES with street package: heated leather, power doors, power windows, power heated mirrors, remote keyless entry and hatch release from remote, power moon roof, 6 disc in dash MP3 changer, Sony components and factory sub, Ford factory body kit and fogs, 16 inch alloys, ... It's 5 speed manual with 2.0... supposed to be around 30+ MPG mixed driving.. On the first tank I got 21ish with pretty much all city with some spirited driving and a lot of idling in the work parking lot (too early to go in, too cold to kill the engine).. might go to Seattle this weekend (200 miles one way with full car of people), will report the MPG then..

Why did you get rid of the RX8, burned too much oil? :D
Starting to catch up to me. Went though a period of cars. But now I regret what I have got rid of. Now I am stuck with reasonable gas mileage and no power. But no car payments. Next step...
Turbo charge the Jeep...
After I lift it another 2 inches, and get the bumper/winch installed, and re-do the front grill and headlights, and get the hybrid cage, and go to 33's. And, oh yeah, got to get the Aveo body kit done and fix the hit-and-run damage. Someday, I will get it done. After I graduate (this year). And maybe after my wife graduates (in three years).
But hey. No car payments
i can only think of 20-25 of my previous cars i wish i still had, at different time and for different reasons.
if only we could keep all of our toys...
Nope, spent most of today working on her. I just have a long list of things to do to the Jepp
i once went up one of "those" paths full throttle in an amc wagon. I kept t full throttle until the car stopped itself..
i ripped of a fender and two doors smacking the side of a tree at about 40 mph. and fter the 3rd or 4th time i jumped t, it landed so hard on its nose it quit running.. made it about 4 miles into the woods, in the middle of no where, just before dark, 120 miles from "home" and didn't have a ride. Boy were the passengers pissed.
So got rid of the Focus, got a NeonR/T... Got rid of that, now got a car I might actually keep for a while... 2008 Cobalt SS / TC (turbocharged).
Here's my intro on Cobalt SS network: New 08 SS/TC owner in Portland, OR area - Cobalt SS Network
Man, I miss this thing sometimes. I wish I still had it, I'd swap the motor from my Cobalt into it and make it into a little beast... :D

Well, speaking of...
Only time I regret trading off my Aveo is when I see pics of yours, or the body kit sitting in the garage (not really).
Oh yeah, and when filling her up. Mustang does not present such good mpg for my commute....
That little car of your does look good.
Now, anyone looking for this body kit, in my area?
This is the way I went:
Body kit
Fiberglass fenders
Carbon Fiber hood
Carbon Fiber wing
They tossed in a Carbon Fiber engine cover. I think I remember some sort of cracks in the clear coat.
That's pretty good. And if the cracks are just in the clear, it's an easy repair (and and reclear). What did you trade it in on?
I still have the above list of parts.
The Aveo was traded off for a 2005 Mustang GT.
A completely out of the blue thing. I was wanted to test drive a GTO, but it was unavailable. Wife loved the Mustang. So we talked each other into the Ford.
The white stripe made it coolest than anything.
