You know me! It's my first car (since the car that was SUPPOSED to be my first car got totalled), and I love it. I felt gypped because I only got to drive it for a week (my mechanic spent the first week doing routine repairs. And now, the knuckle head says he's going to put a new regular 3800 engine in it, but I don't see the car moving from the spot whatsoever. -_____- One of the perks of living down the road from your mechanic is that gives an opportunity to see exactly how much progress is being made, and he's not doing much. Ironically, he called my mom the same day I bought the Aveo to tell us that he found a wrecked Buick Regal with only 50,000 miles on the engine. In any case, the Pontiac will still be used for parts, and if my mechanic takes much longer, I'll suck it up and call this one performance mechanic or whatever he is and see if he can do it.

You'd be surprised... There are many crazy drivers on this forum... the people to whom it's not what you drive, it's how you drive it. When I was younger, I got about 15 tickets total in state of Washington, most of them were in an 89 Geo Metro, 1.0 liter, 3 cylinders... The only lowered Geo I knew of (we cut a few coils off of the stock springs) - bright red two door hatchback on black 16" steelies from another car... I even got accused of racing a twin-turbo 300zx only 'cause both of us were coming from Salem, Oregon, to Seattle, Washington together and he managed to total it on that trip.

Good old days... anyways, I'm a lot more laid back, or let's say laid back enough to where cops don't bug me much anymore.

Designed for the centre (or center.... How American am I?) of alloy wheels but fit over the steering wheel emblem perfectly!

That's because the Barina, Aveo, Kalos, and such all have 5.5 CM emblem on the steering wheel. That's how my holden emblem fit right over the chevy bowtie...
