1stly im going to change the soundsystem, put in a new deck, and a subwoofer
i understand that they use 4 inch speakers but i am wondering if i could end up using a bigger size.

thats all i can afford for now lol

Yes, you can use up to 6" speakers in the front as long as they're fairly short in the back and you have to use a 1" spacer. Just look through "video and sound" section of the forum, there's quite a bit on the topic.
