You can, I had 35% red tint on my burgundy pearl corrado, and it matched perfectly with the paint job. It was weird adjusting to red tail lights in front of you and red headlights behind you, but you get used to it. Cops will give you trouble though most likely. I sold it like that (can't find any pics of it though, it's been over 4 years sine I sold it).

I think very light red tint (35%-50%) will look pink... You'll have to see the samples... In the picture above I think that's what they did. But since the rest of the car is light/dark pink, you get the illusion that it's pink too. Pink is light red after all, isn't it?

I'm not a fan of colored window tints, I think regular black tints will look good, it will go well with the blacked out tail lights that you have.

I agree, black tint will look better. Btw, did you just spray VHT on your tails and put them back on? They look good, just kinda flat is all...you should wet sand them with 2000grit, clear coat them and polish them out. Just my .02.

I agree with both of you, that's why I went with 20% tint all around on this ride... On the VR6 corrado it went well with the paintjob and it was something original to go with the german license plates, custom paint, and a set of very simple yet expensive itallian rims... (can't remember the brand to save my life though.. )

Yeah I just sprayed the niteshades on and put them back on the car. I like the more flat look that it gives, I didn't want them to stick out too much. Eventually I have some plans to paint some more flat black onto it, so it will tie in together.
