Tange-MobileM4 makes a great exhaust system. Installed that on my R6 with the PCIII controller and gained 7hp from that alone (plus the weight difference in the stock exhaust compared to the M4 is huge). Also had the K&N filter too.

Nice! thats exactly what im getting the PCIII, its an awesome little unit!
M4 states a 7.1 hp increase on the stock tune for the full system, might be a bit more with the PCIII

just set your sags on your suspension, tire pressures and you got yourself a rocket-ship !
also, nice thing about you're SV is the low-end power delivery is nice a tourqy compared to the inline 600's that have to be so high strung to produce any power.
