i have a similar box to yours, with a 10", your set up would sound better if the sub would be pointing to the hatch lid/opening

Are you sure about that. Since sound waves work by moving air Ive been told to try and get asmuch air clearance in front of a speaker/port as possible.

I went to a DB drag and Show and Shine this past Sunday and entered the Show and Shine since I got to park closer to the event and got a shirt and magazine. I ended up taking 3rd in the domestic category so that was a bonus.

I forgot to take pics of the inside hatch since thats where most of the action is. but its just a bit cleaner that how it was before.

Hey man, I'm impressed. You love your car, you like to work on it and aren't afraid to show it off. Keep up the mods and you will have a lot of great memories and will build some good skills. BTW, I love the copper-top engine cover. Very original.

I did some painting on my car today just to make a few of things more permanent and better looking.

I first spray tinted my rear taillights with spray tint, as well as painted the rear section of the bumper I previously blacked out with vynl. The tint film and vynl had started to get tattered and i figured that i like the way they look so why not just go ahead and make it permanent so they arent peeling off.


In addition I also stripped the rust off my wiper arms and sprayed them so they arent haggard looking.




While taping off the back bumper I noticed an impression of a phillips screw head, then another inches to the right of it. then realised someone has bumped into my car. Bastards.
