      Aveo 2.0L Turbo VIDEO!!

I got off my lazy butt and tried to make a quick video of the car at WOT.

I strapped the camera to my seat but despite my efforts it's still pretty shaky but you get the idea lol

Boost atm is just under 6 psi

Watch in HD for better sound!

I raised the boost to 8 psi tonight, highest i can go without a boost controller i dont have one yet... A quick retune and wow that thing is violent! 17 inch tires on big ass wheels light up under the car in 2nd gear just flooring it, the power gain is crazy over the 5.5-6 psi i had before.

Blow off valve sound changed too and the turbo is alot louder than before, I LOVE IT LOL!!

Make sure you do not blow the welds on the intake.

For a quick comparison i raced my friend's 2009 WRX hatchback, the one with 265 hp.

I raced him twice, once when i had the same tune as in the video above at 5.5-6 psi, he passes me just barely.

At 8 psi he stood no chance, the only advantage is the takeoff cause subies are just plain crazy off the line its ridiculous, after that i pull away constantly

At this power level i should be able to beat a Speed 3 too, 1/4 times by my estimates is in the 14's easily maybe less very hard to tell!

I gave someone a ride at 8 psi and hes pretty knowledgeable in cars, 1st thing he said was "WTF!" lol than he's like dude a good friend of mine has a modded mustang (not sure to what extent) and your car pulls harder than his...

Some other guy passed thru my town too he lives about an hour from my town, guy sent me a message on youtube a few weeks ago (he has an aveo too) and when he saw my car he rushed over to see it. I also gave him a ride and he's like dude this car is nuts lol

      It was a fun evening!

You were too conservative with your times before hand, you should be able to crack 13's easily with a little more boost. From what I seen on the video on facebook, you should be there, how much boost do you think you can run with the new computer/ecu stuff? I still want to see a turbo'ed 1.6 though, I can finally have some proof with my 1/4 mile time estimates
