Your TB seems like a cluster of problems. As for the run time data temp looks good, voltage a bit low (I normally see 13.9+ volts with all accessories OFF).

I like to pull the TB off so I can really douse and scrub. The three I have done were stuck pretty good. Keep us posted!
I have yet to see any DTC yet that would indicate a bad ECM, seems more like a stuck TB and a bad ground, or dirty connector on the CANBUS or a combo of all. I would strongly suggest vetting out...

What year ? Im assuming (by P0300) this is an auto? Are the codes intermittent or do they fire at warm up? I have battled almost all of these, but it's a PITA unless you have a full time OBD...
