      In the Steering wheel.

      It appears you'll need the complete steering wheel assembly and special collar so there's no wiring to twist up when you turn the steering wheel.

      Can u believe it, ...I got it to work.

      I checked the connections...I even dared to test continuity from the ends of my 2 wires to the tips of the connector just to be sure...

      hehehe No, I understand I didnt hook up the wire for the light.
      I'll make sure the main on/off button is pressed into the on position.

      I'll get to a speed above 35 mph. 40/50 ect..and press...

      That will confirm the on/off function, that might not be the issue with the switch.

      I wouldnt want to risk frying it, if a battery could do that. not sure what kind of voltage this thing works...

      Thats may be true, but its not like I'd tell them I used it. I'd just say it wasnt what I needed.

      Yeah, both Green wires with white stripe. From the bottom connector. Just as described.

      Maybe I got a bunk switch? But how would I test that?

      I tried the new wire taps today...still dosent work!

      I bought the right switch and hooked it up according to the write-up.

      I double checked all the connections.

      Fuddled with all the buttons...

      I did the hookup yesterday and it didnt work. BUT.... I realize that I bought the wrong size wire taps, and I suspect Im not making contact at the plug. Just ruining the wires!...

      What size connectors did you use for the switch.
      Radio shack only had some 3/16th ones, which seem like there not going to work.
