most likely the o2. i replaced mine a while ago.
I you look at your fuse block for signs of burns to be sure. But if you are only replacing one light bulb at a time, then replace them both. ...

inner tie rod is not available as an oem part from chevy.
tires would most likely be worn due to the bad tie rod..
the head light is very likely the ground wire on the rail. but is it the same one over and over or back and forth? have you replaced them...

how do you know your rack is bad? what is the diagnosis? I only ask because it could be a few other easier things that are more common and not just noticeable.
