Noise in Engine e-tec 2 aveo 2012

Hi I’m new on this and I’m trying to get some help or how to fix my aveo.
I have a aveo 2012 and bougth brand new in 2012 in dominican republic. Excelent car but recently star with a big noise in the engine just when the car its cold. 2 or 3 minutes later when the car its hot the noise dissapiar. This noise just appesr when the car its cold.
Some one have any Idea have it..! Its have 63k kilometres.
In other page see that have the camshaft damage but I not sure..

1) Check the oil and make sure it's at the right level
2) Sounds like you have tapper going bad

You can use an oil additive to sometimes fix those things

I Change the oil and filter with oem and the noise continue just when the engine its cold.

I change the accesorie belt and the belt tensor and the noise continue..!
