      I agree with that. I have been the kind of person, starts car starts driving. No warm up. On airplane engines that is a totally different matter, you wait until oil temps are right on before take off. Of course Airplanes engines are NOT modern engines as they still are basically stuck in the 40s. Some of them even have fuel injection and even that is mechanically driven.

      Well said! They may only be machines, but when we spend an inordinate amount of time with them they seem to develop a personality of their own. I agree with you, and as a 62 year old (semi) responsible adult, I feel that life's too short not to have a little fun wherever you can. Scoot on!
