exaust making me ill

I have recently replaced the whole exaust from the cat back on my 2007..the reonator was bad and i was getting headaches so i just replaced it all..well i am still getting headaches...my question is what else could it be??? manifold gasket? could a faulty egr valve leak exaust? ...could anyone shed some light on this for me please....thank you all in advance...

Can you specifically explain what is symptomatic cause of your headaches? Is it smell? Is it sound? Todays cars have enough crap to detect when something is leaking. Since you live in PA did you check for holes going into the cabin? That ice/salt crap will rot a car out in no-time.

Spray a soap/water mixture all over the exhaust. Wherever you see bubble forming, that's where you have an exhaust leak.
