Just a romanian Aveo

Hi there,

My name is Bogdan and I`m an Aveo owner. Since every time I`m searching for an improvement of my car this forum pops up on the first page, I decided to create an account and share opinions with you guys.

My car is a 2007 1.4 16v version. It's blue, and I bought it as "full options" (LT) without the automatic gearbox (I'm a manual fan).
This is my car in 2007, when it was new :


I will post more info on the car only if anyone is interested in a poor romanian Aveo hehe.

One of the first "mods" on my car". LED lights in the headlights and for the license plate:

You guys don't really must much around here, eh?

Replaced the original signal light bulb with a silver one (didn't like the orange color in the head lights).


Painted calipers in a somewhat Ferrari red.


This looks so much better in black (it has some continuity with the windows).


Black tint on signal and backwards lights.

Now that's an interesting mod. What did you do to the hood to make it look that way?

Fiber glass hood extension. Too bad it's become too common in my country .

This will probably be my last post on this forum since I noticed there isn't any interest for this project, so..
