Yes and no. I am what you call a Technician.

In other words, I live off base and do the Guard thing (1 weekend a month, 2 weeks a tear for Annual Training) -HOWEVER- I preform my duties in a full time position working for the Active Guard Reserve as well. (Active duty-with half the bull-poopies.)

I am trying to transfer to the Air Force. They have nachos, and better respect for one another, among other things.

BUT YES-I HAVE BEEN ACTIVE DUTY ARMY BEFORE THIS TIME. (I'm a smidge proud of it.)

THANKS for what you do...my buddy just enlisted in the regular Army and is at Eglin Air Force base right now for more training...he is in EOD and loves it.

Hell yeah...The only thing better than that (MAYYYBE...) are the Airbone Rangers....But his job is way more exciting than mine... Automated logistics specialist....(I count parts and have access to the special tools/parts/etc etc etc...)

So I have amber fog lights now....(took me freakin' 4 to 5 hours to do on my own...) but at least I have them now... :P
