It doesn't bother me at all, I've broken a lot of bones in my time and had several other excruciating injuries...tattooing doesn't hurt.

Exactly. Although, it got a little rough when he was getting closer towards the back of my arm, but its not excruciating. If you wat to prepare yourself for the pain of a tattoo, stick your balls in a vice and tighten it up for 5 minutes, guarantee the tattoo will be heaven.
