check JAEX.com from England. Take a pic of your exhaust gasket and e mail it to John. He ll have your header. That's how I got my ECOtec header for $250 less than Bad News Racings Sonic header. I did have to alter the flange after the collector, but I got what I wanted. If this motor was available in Europe he s got one for u guys. Shipping for me was lEss than $60 and I got it in 3 days

I know this is a pretty old post so this is a long shot. Are you still producing headers for the Aveo?
