Where to find the Aveo Repair Manual?

Haven't been able to find the Haynes manual anywhere, do we have to get it from the dealer?

Re: Where to find the Aveo Repair Manual?

i've e-mailed haynes a few times and they told me there isn't enough demand for that one

i think if everyone on this board e-mail them and ask for it we might be able to get one

http://www.alldatadiy.com/ has an online manual, $27 for one year, $45 for five.

Also, http://www.goodwrench.com/Tips/OwnerManuals.jsp . For "only" $400 you can get the manual on DVD which includes all GM vehicles from 1998 to 2008, including bulletins. Or just the Aveo's two volume manual for $135, which isn't all that expensive considering how much money you can save by doing your own work.

If you're serious about doing your own work, I would go along with getting the manual. You can order directly from Helm, Inc. It only took about 6 days from the time I ordered mine until it showed up on my porch.

Try eBay, I have all the Aveo books. Picked them up for about 300.00 bucks, which is a lot but they are great books!
