Umm, why would you remove the EGR system? It only works at part throttle and actually helps mpg, egt's and prevent detonation... Maybe I don't understand exactly what you are doing?

my model 1.2 its working better now because gases are not going back in engine and now its cleaner because the burned gases are going put from the begining!not burned 2 times!my model euro 4 is actually an euro 3 forced with this small piece which is making noxes less.see the photo from my album!

If properly tuned, the EGR would actually provide better part throttle hp. Since you are saying it runs better without it, my guess is that the EGR parameters are too aggressive and affect engine performance negatively.

Does it cause a MIL to come on?

whats MIL? the best efect by now is that when in the city you have less rotations in 2 or 3 gear the engine dont stop and acceleration is better even if the engine is small 1.2 and many more! whats hp?try to use full words because its difficult to understand it because of difference of language?

no, its not going on!at no one car of ours the light its not turned on because of this modification!and all of us we are happy because of this!
