Custom Tail Light AVEO II HATCHBACK

Hola, en esta ocasion les voy a mostrar como hacer un custom Tail light de chevrolet aveo,
Bueno como sabran , para AVEO II Hatchback existen algunos faros traseros para la venta los cuales hay,
1. Tail Light Altezza Chrome:

2. Tail Light Altezza Black

3. Tail Light Hyper Led

Y estan los del Aveo Extreme, que no estan a la venta… igual les coloco una foto para ke lo vean:

BUENO VAMOS AL GRANO:
He decidido modificar mis actuales faros traseros, por lo para empezar, tuve que hacer un molde del actual faro, pero en transparente. Para ello utilize PETG de 1mm de espesor.

Aqui una foto colocando un marco para poder sujetar el PETG cuando este caliente y pueda realizar el molde del faro:


Luego calente un horno de cocina, y alli calente la matriz con los bordes de madera, y todo, luego una vez que calento lo suficiente.. ( 5 a 8 minutos) lo sake y procedi a molder aqui una foto de como quedo:

Luego de esto hay que esperar que se enfrie.. luego hay que quitar la lamina celeste protectora, cortar solo lo que necesitamos, osea la tapa transparente.. aqui algunas fotos:






Luego hay que Quitar la Tapa ROJA original del faro para que quede sin tapa, luego coloke el transparente para ver como quedaria.. aqui una foto:

Luego quise pintar todo negro, menos las aureolas cromadas y el señalero ni la luz de retroceso aqui fotos:


Luego de como 5 horas, ES TODO POR HOY, luego publico como termino este faro y como keda terminado,

Hola, el proceso de modificacion es muy duro, lo realize en 1 dia aproximado por cada faro, lo realize con material termoformeable llamado PETG, y ahora voy a realizar el segundo faro con PETG de 2 mm de espesor.

Actualmente no estoy recibiendo dinero para realizar esta modificacion, ya que requiere mucho trabajo, prefiero que ustedes mismos se atrevan a realizar esta modificacion.

I think I'm just gonna rip the 09 rear bumper off mine, or wait until someone rear-ends me and then put an 08 bumper on with some of those black LED tails off eBay for the 1G Aveo.

Dam this makes me want to do it on my sedan. Since there will posibly never be aftermarket tails and those clear ones look very sick.
