the beast wont charge

I rescently did a motor swap on my 05 aveo and accidentally hooked up the battery backwards. Now it wont charge. I swapped the alternator, and ecu. Checked to 100 amp fuse block from the battery and its fine. Im not sure where to go from here. Does anyone know if there are fusable links on these cars and if so, could you kindly direct me as to their location. Thanks a heap.

Next you need to make sure both sides are properly grounded.
