auto windows function not working after battery change

Hi, I have an Aveo, year 2012, I took the battery off the car to charge it but since fitting it back to the car the auto down function of all the windows does not work. (it worked before)
the window function normally except for the auto function.
I have tried the reset procedure of lowering the window and keeping the down button pressed for a few seconds and repeating the procedure on sending the window up and keeping the up button pressed but it does not fix the problem.
