Wheel shopping

Been looking around quite a bit lately, and I have decided on the style I want for sure. The image below is the Privat Remember, and it is the exact look I want. However, I am thinking of keeping it old school and trying to find something smaller in diameter. I may even stay at 14" to keep tire prices cheap.



So my question, does anyone know of rims that look like these, but in a smaller size? looking for something fairly cheap, like under 120 per rim. Definitely want black with machined lip, and definitely want something exactly like or very similar to this style.
