What parts should I upgrade/add first?

I reside in Australia, where, from my experience there is a complete lack of Barina modifications available. I am interested in improving the handling of my Barina and I am seeking some suggestions of what mods I should do first, keeping in mind I will likely have to do a lot of the fabrications myself.
I am currently looking at making a front strut brace, and maybe doing some weight reduction.
I am not inteding of going completly insane with this car, well not yet anyway.
The car is mechanically the same as a T200 aveo, so I may also attempt to use the bigger brakes from a T250.

      Thanks in advance.

For improved handling on your Barina, focusing on DIY modifications is a great approach. A front strut brace can enhance rigidity and stability, aiding in sharper turns. Weight reduction, such as removing unnecessary items, can further improve agility. Considering the mechanical similarity to the T200 Aveo, exploring upgrades like T250 brakes is a smart move for enhanced stopping power. Additionally, fine-tuning suspension components and investing in quality tires can contribute to overall performance improvements without going overboard. Experimenting with these thoughtful modifications should provide a noticeable difference in handling without compromising the car's balance or drivability.

Look into international suppliers or manufacturers that offer shipping to Australia. Some modifications might be available from overseas sellers who can ship the products to your location.

I have found a licensed Ultra Racing supplier on ebay, and I have got a rear sway bar through them, I will probably also get front and rear strut bars through them aswell. I have currently got Advan Flevas all around, they have treated me well so far, but I am looking at getting some larger wheels with lower tyre profile. Although the wheel sizes I'm looking for don't seem to be widely available in 4x100.
