Sway bar bracket repair

I need to replace the sway bar bracket as it’s bent and I can’t get leverage on the bolt. Does anyone know how to do it?

Spray the bolt with some penetrating fluid. Use a breaker bar and/or an impact gun

How did you get to the sway bar? did you unscrew your subframe? I tried to get underneath but don't have enough space to have any extension for the wrench to change bushings.
