Scootaloo got some fresh front brakes today!

Well, after 114,500 miles; I started to hear a “shh” sound every time I had my window down and that my brake fluid level was very low. Turns out that ol Scoot Scoot was due for front brakes! I opted to replace the rotors rather then have my original ones turned because the minimum thickness spec was completely illegible due to rust. And the pads were pretty close to metal on metal. And the entire job only cost $155 from my local O’Reilly’s!

What brand of rotors/pads did you get? I just bought a roof rack at 4wheelonline and now I'm planning to change my brakes also.

They were the O’reilly’s house brand. It’s what they had in stock.
