Polyurethane bushings for Aveo

Good afternoon.
I want to present you, polyurethane bushings for Aveo. Metal part is firmly soldered with polyurethane chemically. It is very hard to break.


We produce them in Ukraine, of GB polyurethane, for the past 5 years.
All people who have installed these bushings on his car improved handling, reduced noise in the cabin. The machine runs better ridges and pits on the road. Increased comfort at high speed.


Also we produce over 1,000 different plugs for a variety of cars from Peugeot Partner to Porsche Caene.

Furthemore, I hear about this problem, with the gear selector rubber bush.

I produce such rings. The difference is that they are of polyurethane having a high hardness! They are durable and five times better than rubber! HERE rusian-language forum discussing my invention ;-). People say backlashes disappeared completely. Switches of gear like in a sports car.

I want find a partner to selling this and simmilar parts on the abroad (in USA forexample). We have a large fleet of molds, and can, also, manufacture any products. Initial amount should be more than 30 pieces

This gives the opportunity to apply our bushings in such extreme conditions as a race. Rubber products is not able to do this.

Do you now delivery cost? It'is depends on the carrier.

I can attest that while I was driving a w-body poly bushings were one of the go to mods that people did for suspension upgrades. I could imagine that the one thing holding some of us back would be the overall cost to get these installed. I'm interested though it wont be for the next couple of months.

I know this post is kind of old... But has anybody purchased polyurethane kit from STAYER?... I'm interested in a full kit for a 2005 Aveo Hatchback.

i'm interested in one too.. maybe we could get a group buy going on if there is any interest, the auto store cant get a set, and im thinking the oem kit will be more expensive than this let alone the improvement

well, turboelk, i've gone the other direction, buying the whole control arm, too bad tho i'd really like a complete set for the car too
