Please help- nose when making sharp turns

I bought a 05 aveo about three months ago for 500, for the most part i am happy with it. I just had to bring it in for a Va state inspection, it got new tires and front end breaks before it went to the mechanic and they replaced the tie rods to pass inspection. when i got it back every time i make a tight turn it sound like it is interfering with something. the mechanic is closed in till Tuesday and this is bothering me:confused: if anyone has any idea what it could be i will be internally grateful.:D

Look under the fender, the wheel is rubbing against the body. You should see where the under carriage paint has been rubbed.
