Performance rotors for AVEO

:D found and purchased slotted and drilled rotors for the aveo. will post pics pics when i get them. :D also found and purchased a 70mm big bore throttle body for the 06 and only the 06 with the DRT (digital response throttle). so for you 04-05 owners its just not your day. There is also more reason to hate me because i found chrome mirrors, chrome door handles, chrome tail lights, strut bar (only in gunmetal), a new grille design and an all new body kit for the 4dr and the 5dr. i will post pics later of what i found and of what i bought only when it is installed on my car. :twisted: so dont ask. :twisted:

how much for the throttle body with the DRT?

Where did you find them :?: Or was there only one of each?

What is the deal with people keeping where they get parts form such a big secrete? That is not cool at all :x

I have posted before that you can get cross drilled and slotted rotors from R1

Their rotors are very trick. They are not just slotted but diamond cut so there is no where for barke dust and dirt to collect. The also have trick pads.
Mine are on the way already.

reposting the all over the board to come look at this thread isn't a good way to start your stay here; and then say you got all this stuff but wont show us or say where you got it from... not a good way to start your stay, unless you want it to be a short stay

Exactly. I hate that. I've noticed it a lot on this board. People keep pricing and company names just to be unique. That's a dickhead way to be.

Moreover... Why do people think they have to be the ONLY one to be unique? I mean, I know I have been working on a unique body kit, but I'm also working on getting it molded for production so ANYONE can have a copy.

Being unique is great, but at the expense of all those others out there who would like to get the Aveo more aftermarket support, is just childish.

....and this secretive bullcrap happened on the old board alot and happens on others, which is completely rediculous, i know if i had a project going on id give everyone the details and progress updates...but usually when people are secretive they either dont have ****, they have no idea what they are talking about, or they want a powertrip, which is this case you should just get over urself..... :twisted:

That picture of the strut bar isn't the actual strut bar, as indicated by the little red text under it. So don't rack your brain trying to figure that one out.

well thats because someone edited that in there :roll: look at the bottom of the post....wait so there isnt even a picture of the right strut bar....oh geez

first of all i didnt have the time to go back and find the pics again and i found all of that through this forum. just go to avelos.net and go to links everything is under the links however the body kit and the tails and the other stuff in the picture are correct but for the strut bar it is from a seperate site but the one you found looks nice. i just didnt post pics or prices becuase i didnt have the time to do that. the tb is almost 404 dollars and the strut bar is 185.06canadian(i dont really know how much the strut bar is in the us)

lol im actually with sam on this one lol all that chrome crap the strut bar is ok i suppose lol. and who cares if someone wants to be unique? i say its a good thing, i mean dont come onto our forum and start rubbing it in our faces, but if you custom make something i think u should keep it for ur self, seperates u from the norm...

Why is everyone so concerned with a bigger throttle?

cause its the only decent, performance upgrade, if it actually exists.....

:P IT won't help shove any more air into the car... and throttle response really won't change due to teh VGIS system
