      Probably too big.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall. Torque is how far the wall moves after you hit it.

run 205/40/17....45 will be too big...someone had that size tire and it looked goofy as hell

and god damn those are some sexy wheels they should look good on your black car

ok. question again. I was just reading over the other "will this fit" thread...
and was wondering if anyone has pix of an aveo with
      17" rims.. +40 offset AND lowered on H n R
im getting kinda worried that these rims aroudn gonna look that good...
ifI sold them and got 16" with +45 would it look alot better?

ive got 17"x7 with +42 offset with h&r if you want a picture?....id like to be running a +40 in the front and +38 offset in the back because there is the room for it even when the car is lowered

205/35/17 would be good for the car, but 35 is getting thin. Watch out for pot holes.
I leased Pontiac Wave from September 2006 to August 2011.

i have 205/40 and they look really thin, i think 35 will be too unforgiving when you hit a pot hole.....17's look really nice on the car but if you are worried about the size just get 16x7 with a wide offset like 40...there are quite a few cheap 16x7 out there...ill work on getting that picture for you
