Question HELP... Alignment issue, 07 sedan pulls to left after alignment & new tires

      In a nutshell:

Car pulled slightly to the right.
Got an alignment & 2 new front tires.
Car pulled dangerously to the left.
Had old tires put back on.
      Car still pulled left.
Had another place put 4 new tires put on and told was w/in proper alignment specs.
      Car still pulled left.
Dealership put 4 better-quality new tires on, did another alignment, says w/in proper specs.
Car still pulls left - switches lane completely in 3 seconds without correction.

      Any suggestions?

does it pull to the left under braking or while cruising?

Everything was fine until it was aligned. Also everyone says nothing is wrong underneath the car.

Yeah, re-reading it a bent/damaged control arm seems very unlikely. Did the alignment place give you a before and after graph?

The 1st place didn't give me anything. The 2nd place gave me a picture. The third place may have given me something. All of which are in my car right now.

do you have anything done to the car, like lowering springs?

Is the alignment correcting for road crown? Is the pull with the new tire different if you switch the new tires side to side? Did you get a 4 wheel alignment with a "true" rear reading? or did they align the front wheels to where the rear wheels pointed?

I understand that the Aveo front tires are pointed slightly outwards like most front wheel drives, indicating a toe-out. Could someone please let me know how many millimeters more should the length at the front of the front tire be as opposed to the rear of the front tire.

Toe is measured in degrees.. if you are going with millimeters, set it as close to 0 as you can, as spec is -.1* through .24*
