Has anyone used speed bleeders screw for bleeder screw replacement?

Hi, I am thinking of changing brake fluid since its a lil bit dark. I have tried to open the bleeder screw but it quite stuck and I might need to replace that with a new one. I hear a lot of good comment of speed bleeder and I want to try that one since it makes bleeding brake one man job. Anyone has any thought about these?

btw, which size/part no for these speed bleeders that going to fit in aveo ls 2006?

      Thanks

Im not sure of the threads of the bleeder, but i know and understand how they work and the convenience, but for the price, it would be better to buy a vacuum bleed tool and still be able to do it yourself, without the "risk" of a spring giving out over time and loosing your brakes.
