Front end noise when turning left

Every time I turn left and hit a numb I hear a clunk in the front end but it’s fine when I hit bumps going straight, put 2 new front struts in and problem is still there? Balls joints and tie rods are good

I am just guessing, but have the control arms ever been replaced? I have found that, over time, the rubber bushings/sleeves inside the control arms can seize to the bolt, and then that can cause unusual noises like groans, clunks and squawks.

That's my guess for something you might want to check next.

Depends. If the bushing/sleeve is intact, but just seized to the bolt, it can probably be driven for a long time before needing replacement. But if the rubber bushing itself is cracking and fracturing off pieces (ie: the rear bushing held with the vertical bolt), I would get it replaced sooner than later. Can you jack it up and inspect the rear rubber bushing for both control arms? If the rubber is breaking off, then time to replace those control arms.

      That's my guess.

Don't forget to inspect the front wheel bearings.
