      i would go with the mk1 style. you will definitely want mk1 rears. the mk1 fronts need a little more grinding, but fit just as well.

      If you had read the entire thread (highly recommended) then you would have found the section that shows the grinding. That is done to get the coil over to mount on the hub. Look at the part below you will see two holes on a vertical part. You grind that part.

      So grind the side or sides, so it fits because its too wide right?

      I was getting ready to order Mk II coil overs from Rokkor or Raceland. I wanted to go with the racelands, however they charge 60 bucks shipping for their cheapest option. So I found these on EBAY:
      2 Way Adjustable coilover Kit for VW Jetta MK2 1984 1992 | eBay

      Has anybody any experience with this brand? This will save from 430 down to 350. A bit O'savings. So I know these are pretty much low rent coilovers, just wanted something better than stock and adjustable.

      they are back in group buy mode, under the products section, I will always make them available, but need 5 people (or 5 sets) on order to make it worth it for cost.
