Clunking noise??

I just replaced my front wheel bearings. I put everything back together. Now I have this clunking noise when I hit the brakes. I replaced rotors(mainly cause they were beat up and rusty) and pads. Still have this clunking noise. It only happens when I first hit the brakes after that its seems to be fine. What am I missing here? Help me not spend anymore $!

tighten the ball joints and endlinks properly? I would check all your bolts. mayb even look over the control arms.

Thank you for your input. Everything is good now. Learned a little lesson. Make sure to triple check every bolt. Now to figure out the rattling in the back end.
