brake issue?

i have this noise recently its starting to annoy me more and more often.
any one can tell me what is the problem? is its serious

i am no car,but from what i know yes it is. as every time i apply a brake the noise follows.
like i said i am no car guy i may be wrong going to bring it to a mechanic tomorrow if they have time.
