      Shift Knob

      I just took my car to the body shop so i dont need this answered right away, how do you take the rubber knob off the manual stick? i want to put a 8 ball knob on, i found on ebay, its pretty sexy. So anyone know, make a tutorial something please.

      its just pressure fitted on. On a good hot day out in the sun(or with a heat gun to it) you can just twist it off. Then with the new one, a little soap and water and a rubber mallet should get it back on.

      That easy? Well the heat should be easy cuz I live in the hottest part of the country.

      I wish I did. In one week it dropped from 90 degree weather down to 40 in the mornings. Damn NY

      jet32 something sorry but ur in el paso. thats my home town but when i get up there sometime we definitly gotta set up a aveo meet. any other aveos in el paso?? so far im the oooonly one in fort hood texas. kinda sad but typical cause u got the soldiers that are 80% of killeen ovver here so they can afford all kinds of civics and mustangs, trucks and gtos. and mazdas definitly see aloooot of bigger named cars up here that an aveo is just probably for the privates who can afford anything. lol

      Sadly no, i saw this one Aveo, all ballin leaving EPCC, it was just like mine except it had a turbo and a tinted lights. Nah there aint no aveo cliques over here, it sucks. I know the Mustang club, corvette club(dads a proud member) and some hot rod club thats all i know of. and yah we should brah. lol
