I've never searched for a seat, and don't have any idea what's available. I'm guessing not much, but could be wrong.Quote:

Another thing to consider: I've taken the cover off several of my own seats to add padding myself. (Between the OEM foam and the frame/springs of the seat.)
I've added both lumbar / lower back, and thigh support to different cars.
Much cheaper/easier, and you can add/subtract exactly as much as you need to feel more comfortable.
