Rear Door Panel Removal, any help??

How do I go about removing a rear door panel? I looked up this topic, but found that the person that asked it,didnt put the year of his Aveo in the post, so the instructions were not correct. My Aveo is the 2006 Hatchback. First of all, do i need to buy one of those window handle removal tools, to get the wire clip off, that I assume is behind the handle?
Then, how do I find where all the screws,clips, or whatever is holding on the back door panels? And how do i remove them?
Guess thats it. I want to put some sound dampening on the doors, to make them sound a bit less 'tinny'. And I got my first door ding on my back door, I want to try and gently tap it out. The first door ding makes the car start to look 'old'. So...any help,please?
