      Cobalt Stock stereo on Aveo

Hello, So I recently googled the Cobalt stock stereo with the knob in the center, looks neat! I was wondering if I can install this on a 2005 Chevy Aveo. If anyone knows anybody who has one for sale, please let me know thanks!

so you want this (maybe not in silver?):

the early 07 aveo stereo looks like this:

and has the same plug on the back as your oem (verify before you buy, late 07 did not).

then you just need to lose the cubby, and install it double din style.

Chevy HHR has a very similar radio as well, atleast on the front.

I will think of a better signature later.

the big difference though, is the 07 radio from an aveo will just plug in.

ANY radio can be made to work, it you have the section of harness to have the wires.. and then match them up to the car.

I agree.. sounds pretty stupid to me when you can go to any best buy in the country and get a $50 receiver installed thats probally better than the stock radios.
