Alpine ktp-445u install help

Have been trying to install an alpine amp in my 07 aveo5 and I'm having a lot of trouble. I've manage to match up and connect most of the alpine wires with the right wires on my radio harness (front right channel +, -, etc) but I'm not sure how to hook up the battery wire and rca connectors. The radio harness diagram doesn't quite match up with the diagram of the amp. Just trying to get the whole thing hooked up and working. Willing to start from square one if anyone can help. The amp will eventually be hooked up to a nexus 7 tablet.
