Trunk Lid Spoiler Removal

I will call it a mini-spoiler. It is faded dull and oxidizing. I would like to hit it with some satin black.
Is this a 3M stick on spoiler or does it fasten with clips that I need to get to under the inside trunk cover?

Hi, it comes with 3 screws and 3m stick. Yo have to remove the plastic cover before remove the screws and I recommend you to use a hair dryer to remove the 3M stick.
