      Shaved antenna

      Hello..
      From South America here..
      Anyone knows if the aveo antenna can be shaved and changed with this:

      I'm sure it can, it just takes some work to get the cord hidden behind panels and stuff, then you gotta figure out how to connect the thing.

      The antenna is held in by a panel washer and a bolt under the roof panel i believe, at least that how all other rof mounted antenas are. Then you will have to fill the large hole, or find some sort of cap and RTV it so it will not leak.

      id rather just leave it, its not creating enuff drag to worry about, not heavy at all, and its just to much work for what you gain. plus now you are gonna get crummy radio signal. unless its really the look you want and have to have, i would suggest just leavin it alone.
      You can not commit crimes in a Aveo. Its just not fast enough.

      I shaved mine
      didn't bother to replace it though hehe
