As soon as you call your insurance about a fender bender it is counted, even if you don't claim.
yea, the insurance wouldnt even write me out a report and this is my first claim in about 4 yrs... but they raised the deductable back in feb... or so they said... but they are one less customer...
the aveo's are awesome compacts this is my second new one... i have a 2005 aveo hatch... summer yellow... but one thing about it i learned the hard way gotta keep them timing belts changes every 60.000 miles.... i changed my 2005 at 62.000 and went untill 113.000 and it started making a noise when i would pull out and i had the timing belt in the hatch and the appointment was the following day but i was on my home from work and it just shut off... come to find out the belt had broke and screwed the valves in the head and busted 2 pistons... so i got me a 2005 engine with 46.000 miles and just dropped down in it... like new again...
it seems that they last just over the 60k mark, guess the manual is dead on, im almost at 49k so this will be done well before i hit 60k
i havent looked at the service interval, but the 09 engine hopefully doesn't have the timing belt problem..
headlight: not perfect but sand and buff, and some silicone...
