Seriously..it would be better if you just went with KDM badging. I'm not tring to discourage you but putting SS on an Aveo is like putting R34 on a civic.
I can see afew people dont like the idea of SS badging but I think it looks kind of cool, should I go with the red or the silver badging for my car (silver 06 hatch). I like the idea of red but it might be too flashy for a fake SS. Also, do these emblems have the potential to damage paint or anything (warranty issues), will they fall off or are they just like the stock emblems?
Chevy puts SS on any car with slight gains over the base models anyway.
For those of us with the Swift "version" of the Aveo, Suzuki sells SWT emblems that you could placard... (SWT=Suzuki Works Techno)
...your breaking my balls guys, breaking my balls...
I'm the complete opposite, I strip the car of all badging. I like a nice clean look.
You are entitled to your opinion thinking my car is rice but seriously if you think an ss emblem makes my car rice, you should definitely take a stroll around here. I have to admit your the 1st person to tell me that my ride looks rice, ive actually gotten so many positive reactions from people with those badges. Compared to alot of rides around here at least i dont haul a 6 foot wing that would make the tailgate fly off and a silly bodykit that doesnt even match the car. Also keep in mind that im not done with my car, if i get it painted the ss badges are coming off for sure, they are just there for cosmetics.
sorry, imo, an SS badge is a little silly on an aveo...
its like throwing an xrs badge on a base matrix or corolla....
throwing a mazdaspeed3 or 6 badge on a 3 or 6
puting a srt4 badge on a base neon
its just doesnt make sense to me.
and fwiw, i dont think your car is rice....its very tastefully done, in fact.....its the application of the SS badge that is rice, imo.
...unless i totally missed something and youve dropped the 2.4L, 2.0L s/c, or one of the small block v8's into your aveo...then id have a different view...
