      Lock cylinder fell into door?

      Sooo...

The lock cylinder on the driver's door of my Wife's 2007... fell into the door.

She's 8 month pregnant, and I'm sure LOOOOVEs crawling across the passenger seat .

So what's the deal with getting the door cards out? Circlip on the window handle, a couple bolts going around the outside of the plastic, and a bolt behind the inside latch, and one in the pull handle?

...and wtf... did they use silly putty to stick the cylinder on there?

      Fun times.

Thanks, I'll see if I can get the thing out tonight... I've never had luck with door cards, I usually end up losing half the hardware, and most of the skin on my fingers with all the rough edges in there.

Yeap I lost my door lock one day. It's not bad. There is some sticky plastic in there. Take your time and peal the stuff back. As for most cars go it's not bad in there.
Please do not power off, firmware update pending.....

Mine fell in a while ago too. Its just a screw that holds it into place that comes loose, allowing the lock cylinder to fall in
