Im a mod noob so help please

just bought a 2009 Aveo5 and am in love . However i would like to get some new rims for it and possibly go bigger.

my question is if anyone knows how big i can go? or rather how big can the aveo take.

i'd like to go as big as possible without having to lift it or anything. im new to buying rims or any modification at that. so any help would be useful. thanks in advance!

I think 18s are the biggest you can go... but i would never want to go that big

I have 17"s on my '08, and I think they look pretty good. I would like to drop the car a bit, but I'm not sure how much lower I can go before I start to rub.
