2009 Aveo 5 - Hood Deflector options?

Hi there,

I'm a new member, but a long time Aveo fan. My wife and I leased a 2005 Aveo 5 and then later purchased a 2009 Aveo 5 after the lease ended. It's a great little car for us and our family.

For years now, I've been looking for a bug/hood deflector... one of the plastic style ones. But I haven't found one as of yet. I've seen pictures of other Aveo 5's from our generation that have plastic hood deflectors, so, they clearly exist.

Does anyone know of a supplier for such an item? The angle of the hood on these vehicles is prime for stone chips, etc.

Hey there, thanks for that tip... my business partner had that on a Chevy Truck he had, and although it does handle the small chips, it doesn't help with the larger stones that always seems to hit me at highway speeds

Just to be clear, you want a plastic one that sticks up rather than a bra-style one that lays flat?
