wont rev past 4000 rpm +- G3 wave 2009

Hello, i have a pontiac G3 wave 2009. It have been siting for about one year the battery got dead. I charged the battery and it start and drive but it wont rev fast and wont go past 4000 rpm. Also when i let the pedal go the rpm fall slowly.

I have those two codes:

P0137 and P0604

I dont know if my low power and limited rpm can be linked to one of those code?? before all this the car whas working perfectly.

I dont know if the P0604 code can be because i removed power wire from onstar module.

Also if i replace the computer module do i need to get anything recoded?
